Ryzo is a sports-nutrition app that helps young athletes fuel for training, competition, and recovery, with guidance personalized to their sport and goals. It provides educational nutrition guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
Ryzo is built for young athletes. Users must be at least 13, and athletes aged 13–17 use Ryzo with parent or guardian involvement. Coaches, trainers, and parents have their own account types.
You can log a meal in seconds — snap a photo of your food or just describe it in chat with your coach. Ryzo estimates the nutrition for you.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can delete your account and associated data anytime from the app's account settings, or by emailing privacy@ryzofit.com. Parents and guardians can request review or deletion of a minor's data at the same address.
If your coach or trainer uses Ryzo, they can add you to their roster (with appropriate consent), or share a code for you to join. You control your own data and choose whether to connect.
Ryzo is designed to help young athletes fuel their performance and support healthy growth — never about restriction. The guidance in the app is educational and is not medical advice. Always talk to a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have or suspect a medical condition, food allergy, or eating disorder.
If you need support
If you or an athlete in your care is struggling with eating, food, or body image, please reach out to a qualified healthcare professional. For eating-disorder support and resources, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders offers a helpline staffed by licensed therapists. If you are in crisis or worried about someone's immediate safety, contact your local emergency number, or in the US text or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
